These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website or in our shop.


1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.


2. Flower & product images

  • Flowers are natural products, therefore colours, sizes, and varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability.

  • We will always match the style and value of the arrangement.


3. Prices & payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

  • Payment must be made in full before delivery.

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment providers.


4. Delivery

  • We deliver from Crouch Hill, N8 9DX to selected North London areas.

  • Same-day delivery is available for local orders placed before 2pm.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • incorrect delivery details, or

    • the recipient not being available to receive the order.


5. Cancellations & refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the delivery date.

  • Because flowers are perishable, refunds are not available for orders already prepared or delivered, except when the product is faulty or damaged.


6. Complaints

  • If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos if possible.

  • We will always try to resolve the issue fairly.


7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
